We had a fantastic time in the North Carolina mountains.
The quilts at the Asheville Guild show were just lovely but they ask that we NOT publish so I am just showing from afar.
We also visited Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and the apple orchards.

Glad to hear you had a wonderful trip! My Mom always tied her quilts from when I remember her doing them. Not many quilters do that anymore. Do you know why? I do tie them occasionally. Nancy
