Baby Quilts and Sunflower Quilt...

I had the most fun working on the twin baby girl quilts...

Aren't the names wonderful.

Sorry, but I am kinda tired of unisex names.

Sweet pink

Sweet green

The twins great grandmother came by yesterday and picked them up.  She is an old friend from my early Christian fellowship days
and we had the sweetest visit..
What a blessing to have "older" ladies in my life
that have been wonderful role models.

And here is the Moda Bake Shop tutorial that I usesd...

Sunflower quilt progress....

this is also fun.

Blessings all,

  1. Love your baby girl quilts, so sweet and girlie. What a blessing to have a lady who is up in her years to call a friend

  2. All the quilts are great! I especially love the sunflower of my favorite flowers. You've been busy!

  3. Oh those baby quilts are so sweet!

Yes, it is wonderful to have godly women in our lives who have helped shape and mold us. There is an older lady at our church who I call my Titus 2 friend. She is precious!

  4. Those baby quilts are just adorable! Lucky little ones to receive them and lucky Mama! Nancy

  5. You are making great progress with your finishes.

    The quilts are delightful.

I am looking forward to seeing the sunflower quilt when it is finished.

  6. Super cute!

I am very grateful for the older women in my life, too. I will admit, it is a little disconcerting to be the older woman in other's peoples lives. =)

  7. I love the quilts. I love the twins' names too. I am like you...tired of unisex names.

  8. oh my goodness.. your baby quilts are cute but that sunflower is Gorgeous!!! I love it! You are so talented.

  9. very pretty - I think pink and green are so pretty together

  10. Oh gosh! How fun!!!!!! Love the twins quilts.

The sunflowers are going to be spectacular.
